• For events that have “stay-to-play” requirements, coaches will need to book housing needs through the event host. High school staff will need to check with Sarah prior to booking.

• For all other events, coaches need to book housing through our partner link HERE.

• The system not limited to just your baseball/softball needs. You can use it for all of your personal travel as well.

• GroupBook offers all available rates for hotels in the area. The rates listed are for a single reservation. If you would like a block, you can select the hotel, request block and request the number and types of rooms and dates. The request is submitted to GroupBook and the hotel. A block can be held, but can take 3-5 business days to confirm availability and best possible price. Blocks will initially be held for 4-6 weeks and can be extended if needed.
